If you need your order in a hurry, simply order by 2pm and select Express 1-2 day or Express next day delivery, and your order will be delivered the next (working) day to mainland UK addresses. Please note that there are additional costs for Saturday delivery so any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday can be sent to arrive on Saturday but premium charges apply

If by mistake your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend your order. Where the item has been sent free delivery a £3.95 shipping charge will apply to send it again.
In stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm. Orders after 2pm or weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day. Larger or heavy orders may be dispatched the following day by courier, but will usually be on a next day service. Please note we do not ship part orders, so we will wait for your whole order to be in stock before dispatching.
You can collect your order from our shop. Please select the 'COLLECT' option which is an option once you go through to the payment page. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. Please note that some items are not in stock in the shop so it may take 24 hours to get them to the store for you to collect. But if you need them in a hurry give us a call and we will do our best to have items for you to collect sooner

Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-10 working days and to the rest of the world 5-10 working days.
We deliver worldwide using a combination of Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, Royal Mail tracked and signed & a Courier Service usually DPD for larger items, depending on the value and size of your package.
Teepees are dispatched with TNT or UPS & will arrive separately to the rest of your order.

Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. If your item does not arrive within 14 days we will issue a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Large overseas packages will usually be sent using a courier service.
We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. The package will then take 4-10 days to arrive. Once the tracking information has been sent it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel.
If the parcel does not arrive within 7 working days please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to trace the parcel for you.

If you would like us to send a gift to someone on your behalf we can wrap it up nicely for you and include a gift message. Drop us an email in reply to your order confirmation with any special message.
If you are not happy with your product, let us know within 5 days of receipt. If you want to return your items we will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original packaging and condition, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:. Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Returns Policy for Lockers We do not accept returns of lockers of any size unless they are faulty or arrive damaged so we advise checking measurements ahead of ordering
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Once we have agreed to replace or refund for any items this will be processed within 24 hours and the replacement received within our standard shipping times Refunds will depend on bank processing times.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow 5-15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
