If you are not happy with your product, let us know within 5 days of receipt. If you want to return your items we will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Once we have agreed to replace or refund for any items this will be processed within 24 hours and the replacement received within our standard shipping times Refunds will depend on bank processing times.
